Meet the Coaches

All of our lead coaches have experience in soccer as well as experience with working with children.

They have all passed state background checks, and they are all CPR/First Aid Certified.

Please meet our wonderful coaches!

My name is Chad Lambert otherwise known as Coach Chad. I In 2013 I created Little Kicks to teach children, ages 2 through 7, the wonderful game of soccer through a non-competitive and also fun curriculum and atmosphere. In 2014 we added on the little hitters program and changed our name to Little Sports.

I have played soccer and t-ball most of my life competitively and for fun. However my passion and expertise is really working with children.

I have worked in the childcare field for almost 9 years now. I currently am the Director at a local west omaha childcare and preschool.

During a Little Sports classes I like to create a fun and positive atmosphere with the children. I stress having fun, trying your best, and good sportsmanship all while teaching your child the FUNdamentals of soccer!

Hi, I’m Coach Josh! I used to be a teacher and watching children learn and achieve their goals has always been a passion of mine! I am originally from Ute, IA but moved to Carroll, IA while in elementary school. My love for teaching runs in my family as both of my parents are also teachers by trade. I have one brother, Colton and two younger sisters Shelly & Sammi. When I am not at MCP I enjoy spending time with my family at our cabin in Lake Okoboji, and visiting friends!

I have played sports all of my life. Soccer, baseball, basketball, football, and track have been passions of mine since I was young. I look forward to teaching children the love of the game and the fundamentals!

Hello from Coach Lauren! I’m thrilled to be coaching your little soccer star.  I have many years

experience working with children ages six weeks to fourteen years.  In May 2012 I graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with my Bachelors of Science in Education.  I am a sixth grade science teacher and assistant coach for girl’s soccer at Davis Middle School.

What brings me to the soccer field is my love of being outdoors and being active.  My experience in soccer stems from when I played for my church team when I was in grade school.

I am excited to coach your child the fundamentals and good sportsmanship that will create a love of the game.  I am looking forward to lots of fun and laughter on the field.
